The delivery time in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands is:
- 1 to 3 business days, EXPRESS home deliveries (9.95€).
- 3 to 5 business days, STANDARD home deliveries (FREE).
- 5 to 7 business days, deliveries to pick-up points (FREE).
For the Canary Islands, the delivery time is usually less than 7 business days.
For other countries in the European Union, the delivery time is usually less than 14 business days, although it depends on the destination country.

- Order number and full name.
- Reason for return. It is optional but we ask for it because it helps us a lot to improve the experience on the website.
- Return method:
· Home delivery (3.95€): If you want the transport agency to come to your home to pick up the return, we need you to provide us with: the pickup address, the time you prefer the agency to collect the package (This time is indicative as the agency will come to pick up according to their route as they can), and let us know if you have the package ready.
· Ready for pickup (FREE).
We will contact you and provide you with the necessary instructions to manage your return.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
You can pay for your order using credit or debit card, Paypal, seQura, bank transfer, or Cash on Delivery.
Yes! You just have to choose "Pay at your own pace with seQura" as the payment method and follow all the steps.
Yes! It is important to keep the following in mind:
- If you choose Cash on Delivery as your payment method, an extra charge of €5 will apply, which corresponds to the management that the transport agency does with cash.
- This payment method is ONLY ENABLED for orders shipped to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and Portugal.
- This payment method is NOT ENABLED for orders to "Inpost Pickup Point".
You will receive the refund in the same payment method you chose when placing your order. Refunds may take up to 14 days from the receipt of your return at our warehouse. Remember that the time it takes to process will depend on your bank.
