The User has a period of thirty (30) days to exercise their right of withdrawal starting from the moment they receive -at the address designated for such purposes- the product purchased through mattiesbags.com. Important notice: In November and December, we extend the return period until January 10th.
The User must return the purchased product to Matties Bags in perfect condition, as the use or damage of the product by the User will result in the denial of the right of withdrawal.

14. DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), the User, as a contracting party, acknowledges being informed and consents that their personal data generated during the execution of the contractual relationship will necessarily be processed in a file under the responsibility of Matties Bags for the purpose of managing, developing, fulfilling, and controlling the contractual relationship, as well as sending postal or electronic communications and documentation related to that relationship, maintaining a contact agenda, and keeping historical records of commercial relationships. The data will be transferred to third parties in cases legally provided for, such as financial auditors and competent administrative bodies for control, registration, and inspection purposes.
