1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE CONTRACTING PARTIES

5. FORMALIZATION OF THE CONTRACT


There will be no contract between Matties Bags and the User in relation to any product until your order has been expressly accepted by Matties Bags (even if the bank account provided by the User has already been charged). If the order is not accepted and a charge has already been made to the bank account provided by the User, the amount will be fully refunded within a maximum period of thirty days.

Following this, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order ("Order Confirmation"). The contract for the purchase of a product between Matties Bags and the User will be formalized only when the User receives the Order Confirmation.

6. VALIDITY OF THE PURCHASE PROCEDURE AS PROOF OF ACCEPTANCE AND PERFECTION OF THE CONTRACT

7. PRICE AND OFFERS

8. METHOD OF PAYMENT


The payment method of the order will be the one that the User chooses when placing the order, from among the payment methods allowed by Matties Bags. The User may choose to pay by credit card, with Sequra, with Paypal, bank transfer or cash on delivery. Payments can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, 4B, Red 6000 and Discover. The card with which the payment is made must be the property of the User who has purchased the Matties Bags product. In the event that the holder of the credit and/or debit card and the User are different persons, it is an inexcusable requirement that the purchase be made by the holder of the card. For this purpose, Matties Bags is exempt from any liability arising from the breach of this clause, Matties Bags not being responsible for the purchase made by a User with the card owned by a third party.


Payment through PayPal guarantees the confidentiality of the User's card data. In the case of making a payment by credit card through PayPal from an account not registered with PayPal, the order will not be sent until the identity of the owner of the card with which the order has been made has been verified.


For such purposes, Matties Bags is exempt from all liability in relation to the confidentiality and security of the information and data provided by the User on the occasion of the payment of their purchases through a credit or debit card, to the extent that the treatment of such information and data is not exclusively under the control of Matties Bags.


9. PRODUCT DELIVERY

The delivery time of the product in mainland Spain will depend on the shipping system that you have established with the different transport agencies. In general, the time can be estimated between 1 and 4 business days, but sometimes some products may exceed these estimated times for various reasons such as assembly, manufacturing or other similar factors that may exceed this shipping time. Matties Bags informs the User that the purchase will be understood as formalized from the moment the User receives -at the email address indicated during the contracting process- the confirmation by Matties Bags that the purchase has been made correctly.  The delivery period outside the Spanish territory is usually not 7 business days although it depends on the country of destination.

Matties Bags will deliver their products through the transport agency contracted for this purpose. The product will be sent to the address that the User has exactly provided in the form that is completed to make the purchase through our WEB. For this reason, the User is requested to check prior to the formalization of the purchase that they have correctly entered their contact information. In this sense, Matties Bags is exempt from any responsibility in the event that the delivery of the product cannot be executed or is executed late due to inaccurate or incomplete data, due to the absence of the User or due to Force Majeure. "Case of force majeure" shall mean all those causes that could not have been foreseen, or that were still foreseen to be unavoidable, and that result in the breach of any of its obligations. Among them, but not limited to, strikes, both by their own workers and by outside workers, insurrections or revolts, as well as regulations issued by any civil or military authority, natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, lightning or fires, wars, lockouts or any other situation of force majeure.


The User is reminded that in no case will expenses be charged for the transport and delivery of the product at the time of receiving it (except when Cash on Delivery is chosen as payment method, which will apply an extra charge of 5, which corresponds to the management that the delivery agency transportation makes of cash)..
